The single pan sizes listed above are fixed. The most common set sizes have been listed above.
However, overall ‘set size’ can be modified to suit individual customer requirements.
Pans are manufactured from 0.7mm aluminised steel with double folded corners. Each pan is fitted with a 5mm diameter rim wire.
Braces are manufactured from 1.2mm aluminised steel. Standard brace width is 70mm. Additional 34mm nesting adaptors can be added at an additional cost.

Silicone coated pans require ‘burning in’. Pans must be oiled before each and every use. PTFE coated pans require to be oiled when new. Failure to oil new pans when first used will affect the life of the coating.
